question
Nature doesn't give up. So why should we?
Thrive captures nature’s resilience, adaptation, and determination while facing impossible odds.
In these paintings, nature refuses to merely survive: leaves wear bold lipstick, wildlife claims urban spaces, and adaptation turns to art.

Rooted in Nature. Shaped by Heritage.
Joa, the Latina descendant of Chinese immigrants who made Panama home four generations ago, is inspired by electric memories growing up, surrounded by Panama’s lush rainforests and now Miami’s tropical pulse.
